Elisa has decided to give you the chance to create a videoclip to one of the songs included in the Dancing album. If you believe it is your match, this is a contest suitable for you.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The contest is open to anyone, aside from the place of origin. There are no geographical boundaries.
You can choose any of the songs included in Elisa’s US debut album Dancing.
The tracks are The Waves, Dancing, Stranger, Broken, A little over zero, City Lights, Rainbow, Rock your soul, Life goes on, Electricity, Yashal and Hallelujah.
Your video must be delivered by June 30, 2009.
Initially, you’ll be required to upload your video on YouTube by using the Private option (see «Privacy settings» while uploading the video); you must share your stuff only with the user elisatoffoli.
In case elisatoffoli is not one of your friends, you can send us an invitation by visiting our home page at www.youtube.com/elisatoffoli and clicking the «add as friend» button. Please do not make your video public, share it only with elisatoffoli.

If you have any trouble in uploading the video, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll find out an alternative way to let you send the video. In addition, don’t forget to render and archive a high quality version of the video (read below for more details) as we’ll need it in case your entry will come out the winner of the contest.
The winning video will be elected by a panel composed of Elisa herself, her management and the Elisa Fun Club staff and it will be announced on July 15, 2009 on http://www.elisatoffoli.com/. The winner will be directly notified as well.
The same day the video will be uploaded on the website (for streaming viewing) and kept in the front page for at least a month from the publishing date. Plus, the video will appear on all the artist’s official pages on the main social networks (MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
The winner will be required to supply a high quality version of the video in DVD Video format (to be uploaded as an ISO format file ready to be written to a DVD media or as a RAR or ZIP archive containing the "VIDEO_TS" folder).
The authors of the three best videos agree here and now to grant the Elisa management irrevocably, in perpetuity and without further compensation, all the property rights of the videos, stated through a contract that will be signed by the contest entrant and the management. Acceptance of these terms is required to enter the contest and enjoy the prize as described below. The three best videos will be visible on the fan club website for further general appreciation.
The winner will be given the chance to take part in the shooting of Elisa’s next official videoclip and will be responsible for filming a backstage feature. The backstage movie will be uploaded and made available on the official website of the artist and on the above mentioned social networks. Travelling expenses to reach the location where the videoclip filming will take place (trip to Italy and/or other destinations) will be paid by us as part of the prize.
Your video submission must be entirely your own original creation and must not infringe upon or violate any laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement of copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary or property right.
By launching this contest we mean to stimulate and award a prize to the creativity and the imagination of the authors that will submit their works of art, thus we ask you not to use in your videos any existing recording of Elisa’s live performances, parts of her previous videoclips, videos from her concerts, etc. In fact, we can already see a huge number of such videos on YouTube. For this occasion we long to incite you to go one step further by showing us what comes from your mind.
Noncompliance with the above stated rules and regulations will lead to the invalidation of your video submission.
